Ed Hayes, CPBI, CLSSBB, MBA, is an adjunct faculty member who teaches Business Process Management, Business Intelligence and Lean Six Sigma courses within Villanova University’s College of Professional Studies. In addition to teaching, Hayes has 38 years of experience in law firms with knowledge of all aspects of support management, client accounting, new business intake and data management. He currently works as a Business Intelligence Data Manager for Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in Richmond, Virginia, where he is responsible for managing the law firm’s database of demographics and related information about clients and legal matters.
