<\/figure>\nDr. Arend Hintze<\/strong> received his PhD in Genetics and Developmental Biology at the University of Braunschweig Germany. He later changed his research interest from studying morphogenetic cell migrations of the nematode C. elegans to digital evolution. His research focuses on agent based modeling of evolving systems and decision making in evolutionary contexts. He is currently a postdoc with Dr. Chris Adami at Michigan State University in the Department of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\nDr. Bronlyn M. Wassink<\/strong> is a full time faculty member at Michigan State University, where she is the statistics professor for the M.S. in Business Analytics program in the Broad College of Business and the Quantitative Literacy Course coordinator in the Department of Mathematics. She received her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Binghamton University, and additionally is A.B.D. in Applied Statistics at Michigan State University.

<\/figure>\nDr. Zal Phiroz<\/strong> is an established specialist on marketing segmentation and global supply chain practices, within global impact areas including the fast moving consumer goods and IT industry. He has held a number of executive and senior management roles, including appointments at Proctor & Gamble and TELUS. As a senior partner at Pier Consulting Group Inc., Dr. Phiroz collaborates directly with medium-large sized corporations; including several fortune 1000 clients, on supply chain and operational optimization projects. With a focus on areas of shrink, sustainability, market segmentation and differentiation, projects have included simulated projection and forecasting, aggregate data analysis on competitive markets, regression techniques and clustering evaluation for growth opportunity quantification and optimization of supply chain coordination. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n![\"Keith](\"https:\/\/bisk-preprod.go-vip.co\/msu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/03\/Keith-Niblett_Strategic-Leadership-Management.png?w=750\")
<\/figure>\nKeith Niblett <\/strong>is the Assistant Director of Executive Development Programs within Michigan State University\u2019s Broad College of Business. In this role, he focuses on customized and international programs, including program design, marketing and sales, teaching and support, continuous improvement and strategic geographic and portfolio development.
Mr. Niblett\u2019s background includes strategy formulation, implementation and resulting development needs for seventy companies worldwide during his tenure at BET, the Industrial Services conglomerate. Working with the construction, oil and gas, hiring, out-sourcing, transport, manufacturing and cleaning industries in the Americas, Europe, Mid East, Australasian and Asian sub continents. He has acquired knowledge in relation to global management and mindset, global business, global business intelligence, entrepreneurship and marketing in overseas geographies. He earned a Master\u2019s degree in Management Studies, and a Master\u2019s degree in Marketing, Marketing Behavior and Marketing Strategy. Keith Niblett also teaches in MSU’s Strategic Leadership & Management certificate programs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
